A Safe, Supportive Space

A warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Therapy is a space to slow down, process openly, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

Individual & Family Therapy

Personalized, one-on-one therapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, eating-related concerns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.

Holistic & Evidence-Based Care

Therapy rooted in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness — while honoring the mind-body connection. Together, we focus on building insight, practical tools, and sustainable change.

Therapy that helps you feel more in control of your mind—and your life.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level, especially those who feel like they “should” have it together but are struggling internally.

I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, and complex mental health challenges.

What I’ve learned is this:
Insight alone isn’t enough—people need tools, structure, and support that actually translate into daily life.
