A Safe, Supportive Space
A warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Therapy is a space to slow down, process openly, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Individual & Family Therapy
Personalized, one-on-one therapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, eating-related concerns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.
Holistic & Evidence-Based Care
Therapy rooted in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness — while honoring the mind-body connection. Together, we focus on building insight, practical tools, and sustainable change.
Therapy that helps you feel more in control of your mind—and your life.
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level, especially those who feel like they “should” have it together but are struggling internally.
I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, and complex mental health challenges.
What I’ve learned is this:
Insight alone isn’t enough—people need tools, structure, and support that actually translate into daily life.
CREATING A PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOU
ADHD, anxiety, and OCD therapy works best when it fits your real life — especially for high-achieving adults balancing work, school, and relationships in Connecticut and South Carolina.
Together, we create a structured, evidence-based treatment plan grounded in your goals, executive functioning needs, and emotional regulation challenges — one that adapts as your life evolves.
Personalized treatment goals targeting ADHD in adults, anxiety symptoms, OCD patterns, or eating disorder recovery
Evidence-based tools including CBT, ACT, ERP, and executive functioning strategies
A pace that respects your nervous system, burnout level, and capacity
Ongoing adjustments as work, academic, or relationship demands shift — all within secure telehealth sessions
